We want every customer to be confident when buying from CableCraze. If you are you not 100% satisfied when you receive your cable, please let us know and we will do everything we can to either replace your cable or issue a refund.
Faulty cables:
All of our cables are tested before shipping and we take pride in properly and cleanly soldering our cables. If you receive a faulty cable, or your cable fails at any point in the future, we will either replace the cable or offer a full refund as long as the cable was not tampered with or severely misused.
Cosmetic flaws:
We have very high standards for our products and if we are not happy with the way a cable came out, we will not ship it. If you happen to receive a cable with a cosmetic flaw, we will replace your cable or allow you to return it for a full refund. A request for a replacement or refund due to cosmetic flaws must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items.
